Who is Dr. Cheryl Lynn Thomas?

 Cheryl Thomas is a dynamic educator, sought-after speaker, educator,  and school founder impacting the  school choice arena with over 20 years of knowledge in a variety of educational settings. 

Graduate of Florida State University who has served in the field of education for over 20 years. Served as an Exceptional Student Education teacher in a self-contained classroom serving students with Emotional Behavior Disorders. 

 Her commitment to her family led her to walk away from the classroom to home school her children using a unique approach that would meet each of their learning needs.    

Served as the Curriculum Specialist/ Assistant Principal of a charter school and as a Title I Reading tutor. 

The founding  Head of School for  Thomas Leadership Academy located in the historic town of Eatonville, Fl. 

Founding Director of The Florida School Choice Association an organization educating parents, and the community on why educational freedom matters. 

Serves school leaders, and families as The School Choice Strategist, providing guidance to those who seek to exercise their school choice options.
